A workshop placement is secured when payment has been paid in full (unless arranged otherwise).

Cancellation Policy for BERLIN WORKSHOPS

INTRODUCTION

The following terms and  conditions apply to bookings for workshops (or other courses) via our website or via external parties that promote our workshops. Note that cancellation incurs extra work and costs for us and your cancelled placement might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate. 

CANCELLING AHEAD OF TIME & ADMINISTRATION COSTS

If your registration for a Cityplot Berlin Workshop Series is cancelled by email (workshopsber@cityplot.org) within 30 working days before the start date of the first workshop in the series, you will receive a refund of the full workshop fee minus 20% administration costs.

If your registration for a stand-alone workshop is cancelled by email (workshopsber@cityplot.org) within 30 working days before the workshop date, you will receive a refund of the full workshop fee minus 20% administration costs. 

To cancel your registration, send your request to: workshopsber@cityplot.org

You will receive an acknowledgment by email from Cityplot.

LATE CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & REFUND

If your registration is cancelled by email (workshopsber@cityplot.org) within 15 to 29 days before the start of the workshop series or stand-alone workshop, you will receive a refund of 25% of the ticket price.

If you cancel your participation by email (workshopsber@cityplot.org) within 15 or fewer days before the start of the workshop, or in case of a no show, there will be no refund.

In the case of the Sow It! Grow It! Eat It! workshop, there are no refunds for individual workshop lessons missed once the course has begun.

REPLACEMENT AND ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS

You can allow someone else to take your placement in either a stand-alone workshop or the entire Sow It! Grow It! Eat It! Workshop series (before the starting date) without extra costs. 

This needs to be communicated with Cityplot in advance via the email address mentioned above. 

CANCELLATION BY CITYPLOT

Cityplot has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation email and the entire amount for the course or workshop will be refunded.
